What's New at Essential StL
It's been a very busy summer, but I thought I'd just update you a bit on what is new and exciting at Essential StL.
First off, we have two exciting projects underway. One in Gravois park on Texas Avenue and on in Tower Grove South on Hartford Avenue. Both are expected to wrap up and b on the market in the next few months. I'm looking forward to revealing them both. I expect them to be spectacular, like usual!

As we announced in the spring, in partnership with Shaun Kelly (shaun@essentialstl.com), Realtor, we are now offering Real Estate Agency Services. In other words, we will help you buy and sell your house. It's a logical fit with our mission, and since we have a ton of knowledge about the market and the details of real estate transactions, it's a perfect fit! Rental Property Highlight
We get a lot of folks asking about rental properties. Some are looking to add to their portfolio and some are looking to purchase their first one. There is so much opportunity in Saint Louis and local folks who care about Saint Louis owning rental property is perfectly in alignment with our mission.
