Jeff Steinmann, Founder, Realtor
Jeff is the founder of Essential StL and a Realtor. In 1999, Jeff moved to St. Louis to be closer to work. He immediately fell in love with the city, but saw the problems.... bad press, bad reputation and lack of pride. When he got to know his neighbors, he saw a vibrant community of wonderful, loving people who care about each other and look out for each other.
He eventually combined his passion for Saint Louis with his passion for architecture, love of people and corporate background to start Transform StL officially in 2016, which would become Essential StL in May of 2021.
Jeff and his son live in the Shaw neighborhood and when not working, he enjoys the bars and restaurants of Saint Louis, Minecraft, reading, watching documentaries and everything outdoors.
Shaun Lindsay Kelly
Shaun Kelly, Realtor, joined Essential StL in early 2021 to continue her personal mission to support aspiring growth in all the people she serves. Shaun, a St. Louis native, provides Buyer, Seller and Renting services full of passion and personality, redefining her role as a fourth generation Realtor, while she works to support a thriving St. Louis community. Her experience providing support services to disadvantaged youth, her educational background in social work, and her professional corporate accounting experience provide Shaun with a uniquely strong motivation and understanding of the ways Essential StL can provide St. Louisans myriad opportunities to enrich communities and support individuals and families in truth and love.
