Several years ago, I found this in a house, mounted to the wall in the basement. My immediate reaction was, “What the hell is that?” My mind went to all sorts of crazy places. I put it in a box and was determined to figure out what it was, but not sure how to figure it out. The only clue I had was that it said, “Lady Josephine” on it.
