Buying or selling your house is a big deal. It's not something that you take lightly and we get that. Sometimes finding just one person, like an inspector, a title company, or contractors to help out with the things you need to do for your purchase or sale can be a huge pain. But don't worry, we can hook you up with good folks who we trust and are aligned with the Essential StL mission and values.

At every step of the way, we will let you know what you need to do, and help you with any questions. We will suggest great folks to work with, but if you already know a great inspector or mortgage person, great! We will be happy to work with them as well.

Next time, I'm going to talk a little bit about how inspections work. They seem very complicated, but when you understand the basics, it's not so bad.
